Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope of work, or material costs differ materially from initial assumptions. Published pricing on our website (including plan pricing) represents starting rates and is subject to change. Actual pricing is determined during the consultation and proposal process.
VividYard will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon project schedules. However, timelines may be affected by weather, permitting delays, material availability, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate delays promptly.
For scheduled maintenance visits, we request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in scheduling adjustments or additional fees.
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement or proposal. For project work, we typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For ongoing maintenance programs, billing occurs on the schedule specified in your service agreement. Overdue invoices may incur late fees as specified in your service agreement.
All content on the VividYard website — including text, images, graphics, logos, design plans, and other materials — is the property of VividYard LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our express written permission. Landscape design plans and documents created for your project remain the intellectual property of VividYard until payment is received in full.
